Round vs. Nesting: Choosing Your Coffee Table
A round coffee table works best in the centre of an open-plan living space, since there are no corners to navigate around seating. A nesting set — two or three tables of varying heights that tuck under one another — adds the same surface area with more flexibility, pulling tables out for extra guests and tucking them away the rest of the time. Namibian Kiaat has a warm, visible grain suited to a traditional living room. American Oak runs lighter and more neutral, working well in a Scandinavian or minimalist scheme. Black Wood is offered as a distinct, entry-tier timber choice alongside the other two — ask us for finish samples if the exact tone matters for your space. All three are solid hardwood, not veneer, and all pair with our steel-frame construction where selected.
